Getting Error when Exporting Jira Project Using Project Configurator

We are getting an error when doing a full Jira project export using project configurator and when researching it, it appears to be a Confluence issue.

Doing the troubleshooting and this project does not have a Confluence link set up.

An error occurred:

Could not read fields for table AO_187CCC_SIDEBAR_LINK

 

Has anyone had this error and how did you rectify it?

Hi @Beverly Braham-Durica 

I can see you have raised a support ticket in our portal and we suspect the problem is in JIRA database configuration not in PC. We recommend to review the KB article and feel free to let us know if its resolve the problem here.
