Execution Information out of sync

I'm running a script runner script in a workflow transition. When I execute the transition and go to the transition post functions to view the logs, it's showing me the last 15 executions up to the second last. In order to view the last execution, I would have to execute the transition again, so it's always one execution behind. Is there any way to fix this?
