We're interested in purchasing a license for Jira Enterprise, but we have to purchase a corresponding license for Greenhopper.
The Greenhopper documentation makes no reference to the Enterprice license at all:
http://www.atlassian.com/licensing/greenhopper
The information about Greenhopper enterprise license is available only on the Jira Enterprise page.
The cost to upgrade to the enterprise Greenhopper license is $2000
However, I think I'd prefer if there was some value add to this Enterprise offering.
Specifically:
* Access to Atlassian University training courses for Greenhopper
* 24x7 support phone and online
* Some form of certification
Hey David.
Greenhopper licenses have to match the base product but their pricing is not changed above the 100 user tier. As a purchase includes extending the software maintanence for that GH plugin 12 months, its possible there is a cost associated with moving forward but you're credited for any unused (since the costs have to match). So if you're coming from an existing 100 users or 100+ GH license, there is no net cost associated with moving your GH license up to match the base product tier.
David, since we only offer Enterprise for JIRA, we only give include University for JIRA. However, University for GreenHopper is pretty cheap, it's half the price of University for JIRA.
