Build Groovy script for validators on state transition

Edited

Hello everyone!

Really need some help here

Actually the request is to make sure that if:

Issue Type IN(Operational, Corrective, Systemic, DbCopy) then Ticket Type IN(Incident; Service Request, Info , Problem)

and

Issue Type IN(Evolutive, Adaptive) then Ticket Type IN(Problem Service Request, Change)

Ticket Type is a Custom field for ITIL classification.

I think the only way to do this is to use Validators in state transitions so that we can create a cross check when you go from one state to another and check for consistency.
So I need to build a groovy script to meet that condition.

Can someone help me?
Thank you
