I have 3 admins in my organization. Myself and two others. They created the customer account just fine and were able to verify their email. But they are unable to verify their admin side email so they have access to the service desk queues. The two admins are able to log in to their Atlassian accounts, just not view the service desk queues.
This might be in part because I added them to the admin list before they had an admin account. I found a similar issue with this cause on the link below. I suspect that their email is giving a "hard bounce from Atlassian".
We have tried to resend the invite multiple times, but both of their emails do not get anything.
Troubleshooting:
Deleted the two users' customer and admin accounts and resigned back up.
Readded the two users back into the IT Team.
Checked spam/junk on email.
We have no email quarantine system, so all emails should go through to emails.
