Create an Europe Group for Portugal

Hi all. What we need to create a new group to Portugal community?

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist-   we could also definitely benefit from having a Vienna group. I see there's Linz, but not Vienna? A LOT of tech companies here.

Also I am proselytizing a huge lot about Atlassian with most of my colleagues from other companies; a nice Jira group would help me achieve that ask more efficiently ;-)
