Blank URL Attachment

Good morning,

I'm trying to attach the URL form submissions to a new Trello Card using the following URL: http://form.jotform.us/submission/"FORM ID" . This works when I put it directly into the browser, but not when I open it from Trello. When opened from Trello I just get a blank white page that says Jotform Anywhere. 

This form displays fine in the mobile app, but blank in multiple Windows Browsers. I've also tried the Trello Windows 10 app with no luck.

Can you please help with what I might be missing?

My best guess is that the browser does some quoting on the URL, like
http://form.jotform.us/submission/%22FORM%20ID%22

If I right click on the URL and open in new window, it works fine. If I just left click it tries to open a window within Trello that just comes up blank.
