Why am I unable to delete my Atlassian

Why am I unable to delete my Atlassian organization when I no longer have any paid subscriptions?

The only remaining items are free services/apps, and there is no option available to cancel or remove them manually.

Because of this, Atlassian is preventing me from deleting both the organization and my account.

Help me delete my account
