How can I hide the “Organizations” and “Approver groups” fields from the “More fields” section for A

I'm working on improving the agent experience in our Jira Service Management project. Currently, agents see too many fields under “More fields,” including “Organizations” and “Approver groups,” which are not relevant to their workflow and cause confusion.

Goal

I want to hide these two fields from the agent view:

• Organizations

• Approver groups

Is there a way to configure the screen, field context, or permissions so these fields are not visible to agents?
