Reactivate Deleted Organization (Inactivity)

Hello!

My Atlassian organization (https://nibfile.atlassian.net) has been deleted due to inactivity, and I’m hoping it can be restored.

Would an Atlassian Team member be so kind as to reactivate my Jira organization? Thank you in advance, and please let me know if there is any other information required to facilitate this request.

P.S.: I'm reaching out via this method because the “Contact Support” form cannot find my organization’s URL, and will not let me progress beyond that question (which seems like a potential issue). With no e-mail support available, this seemed like the next-best option.

The organization doesn't contain product data to be recovered. We can restore the organization, but I don't expect that this will be able to restore any product data as a result.

Just to reiterate from another reply:

Just to clarify, restoring the organization will not restore any product data that might have been in that org at one time. Product data is still subject to our data retention periods. Typically, if the organization has gotten to the point of inactivity to delete that organization, the product data has long since been deleted and would be unrecoverable by Atlassian at this point.

Historically, when a product on a site is deleted, or the site itself is deleted, the organization that was created along side of that site was not automatically deleted. This lead to there being a high volume of unused organizations that still existed. Atlassian recently started to delete these unused organizations, that had no apps, and no claimed domains for more than 180 days.

While these inactive organizations can be restored within 15 days of deletion, the products in them would have had their product data deleted at least 180 days before the org would be deleted due to inactivity. That amount of time is well beyond what Atlassian can restore as noted in our data retention document linked above.

Hi Andy, trying to reach out to you directly as you seem to be the most helpful from all the community posts I've seen on this issue. My site "keen-app.atlassian.net" was recently deactivated after a longer than planned period of inactivity due to personal issues. I had a lot of work on there which wasn't saved elsewhere and would be a real bummer to lose it. I've tried every avenue to reactivate through the website but as a free user, it keeps sending me round in dead ends and I cant even pay to upgrade my account! Would really appreciate if you could raise a ticket on my behalf, I think the site only has until end of October before it is permanently deleted....

Sorry to bother you and thanks in advance for the support.

I can't access my org on netfluids.atlassian.net. I received an email regarding inactivity, but I logged in to prevent deactivation a few weeks ago. Right now when I access it, I get the page unavailable, so I'm uncertain if it has been deactivated or if there is any other kind of issue going on.
