Hello everyone, I'm facing an issue with a Paragraph/Free Text multiline field in Jira Service Management. It should allow up to 32,767 characters, but I'm encountering a validation error when using longer text, even though shorter text works without issue. I'm not sure at this point. It seems like it could be a bug. I requested Atlassian Support to check this out. Someone should reach out in the next day or so.

Is there any pasted content in the field when you are experiencing this? Any hyperlinks or non-text content?

I wanted to clarify that the issue occurs in both scenarios, regardless of the presence of hyperlinks. When I use short text with hyperlinks, it works fine as long as it doesn’t exceed a certain length. However, when I input long text—whether it contains hyperlinks or is purely text—it fails to validate.

I managed to fix how links are displayed by applying htmlEncode to each value. However, the issue arises when trying to access these links—they generate random errors such as 'Bad URL' with a reference number like: xhk_h73zlMZKkFUCF8PAaQ. The link being accessed isn't the same as the one originally pasted
