Jira service management and Elements publish

I intend to use Elements Publish from the marketplace

I will be creating a custom form using JIRA service management

and will attach the form to a request type and customers can create requests using the form like

I have the following questions:

*  When a customer creates the request, can a new confluence page automatically be created using the Elements Publish app? If so how do we configure the automation? Exactly how do we do it?
*  Once a request gets created can a customer come back and EDIT their old responses to the form which in turn edits the confluence page automatically?
*  Will the form data be stored as fields and values in a confluence page? Can I access each form field and its associated value separately from within the confluence page if needed?

Since this related to a third party add-on and not a part of the JSM application itself, you should contact vendor's technical team for your asks directly - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225519/elements-publish-create-confluence-pages-from-jira-issues?tab=support&hosting=cloud

We have not used this specific add-on in our envs.
