copy value from initiative to story when value change(edit) in initiative

Hi

we have initiative->epic->story. we use a custom link initiative-epic , and the epics-story link.

I would like to create an automation to when user edit the field fix version on initiative , the change will reflect on epic and story and the value will be copied to them .

is that possible?
