Key, Summuary ,IssueType  etc we can show in conlu page as JIRA List

I have Several question
1. How to show  latest comment in JIRA list  There are no thing in Option section
2. How to show Comment updated time instead of Updated(This is for entire JIRA updated time)
3.Can I comment JIRA list like excel?
 
Ex)    JIRAkey  Summary Issuetype  〇〇〇 ← Here I want to take memo for this ticket

for 1, I can suggest (however I did not check if it will actually work) to

a) create a custom field in JIRA that holds the latest comment as described in How to display Last comment in Filter, JQL and any... - Atlassian Community

b) add the custom field to the Confluence macro, this might not work in first attempt so please check if the workaround described in Jira Issue Macro in Confluence: Jira Custom-Fields... (atlassian.com) also works for you

for 2, I see potential that this can be solved also with another custom field

for 3, I dont know anything helpful
