How to show headings in list table

Dear team,

I have created multiple projects in Jira, I used blank template while creating the projects. All projects created in same way but in some projects in list option there are headings in table but some projects has table without headings as per belowscreenshot.

Please guide me how to add headings / filters to the list table

Did you try it using a different browser for the ones that it doesn't show the headings? Or clear the cache? Or try with Incognito window?
