Delete the account

Hello Atlassians,

I am trying to delete my account but because technical and billing primary Gmail is linked to my account, I am unable to do so. I have tried changing the address in technical and billing but I can't make the other Gmail address to be primary for some reason.

Is there any way to delete account.
