I've inherited a team that has mixed experience with Jira. What would be the best way to highlight the benefits of the tool in a training format, that will not lose half the audience that is not technical?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Thanks for the feedback.
I agree with Nick in that people has different preferences, and that there is not always a solution that fits everyone. Something that I found successful is to get access to online training for the people in the team, give them some time to review it, and then form working groups so they can discuss their specific use case. Someone with more experience or expertise on Jira leading the working group can provide a lot of value teaching the tool with a focus on what the group needs.
Absolutely - ask the people around you what is working well and get involved with them!
