Replying via email for Atlassian Answers

Is there a possiblity to post replies via email in Atlassian Answers. That would have been great!

I raised a feature request for this: Allow comment to answer or question from email reply. There's some complexity around whether a reply to a question should be an answer or a comment, but otherwise it'd be a good idea.

That would be good.

Also some way of removing signature cruft would be great as that was a bit of a problem with the old forum.

Posterous does this:

End your post with '#end' and we'll ignore any text we find after that.

Maybe default to an answer, but starting the email with #comment could post it as a comment.
