Hi @TinkerBill Yes, it happens to me in the past where I have given answer to once question where it give me some HTML error and upon fix when I submit it, that answer never got posted but I can see in my profile that the answer count is getting increased, I tried to submit the answer 3-4 times but still it not occurred in answer section, later in next day I see my responses added 4 times in that questions, it's weird,
You can check later after sometime if your question is posted or not, also try in incognito browser window if that helps.
