Always love to hear anything about Bitbucket, especially best practices for  naming and arranging Workspaces and Projects to maintain simple and short URI ... and also simple ways to create repo's from CLI, which at the moment is a task best left for the gui.

I want to learn more about Compass and its relationship with Opsgenie services.  How does Change Management protect the source of truth, which is currently Opsgenie.  Who has permission to decommission services or delete them entirely?  Can we use Compass to populate Opsgenie and then lock it down? 

So many questions and so many opportunities.

Do you have any advice you'd give to new Community members?

I find it helpful to just browse through the questions in the Community. Even if I'm not explicitly interested in every question, seeing the kinds of questions that people get me to thinking about what ways I can improve Jira for my end-users.

Also, before you post a question, do a quick search to see if anyone has asked the question before (and maybe an answer has been provided). And when you do post a question, make sure to give as much information as possible.

One question I always ask my end-users when they're asking for something is "What problem are you trying to solve?" They may be looking for a specific solution but, if I know what their pain points are, I might be able to provide a much better and more comprehensive solution. So asking a question that isn't just "how can I do this thing?" but more of a "how can I solve this problem?" could end up getting a much better solution.

Don't be afraid to ask a questions because you think its stupid or something you should already know.  We were all new at one point and everyone here is happy to help!
