Really dumb question: how do I post?

I'm trying to figure out how to post a bitbucket question but in the Bitbucket forum there doesn't seem to be a "post" button.  Am I required to live in Welcome Center until I'm not a noob?

Can you click "Ask a question" from the hamburger menu?

@Amanda Barber beat me to it.  You should be able to click the ask a question from the Bitbucket collection to make a post there.
