At my work we have specialized awards that can be given out to our delivery team members. These are on a nomination basis (anyone can pretty much nominate anyone - it still has to go through the appropriate channels for approval still) and I am trying to come up with new ones / introduce new ones to our leadership. I have a couple of them drawn up (as far as ideas and the categories of ideas to recognize our team members) already and I am interested in hearing from the community (people here) to see if anyone has any additional ideas for specialized awards / recognition.
