My JSM Journey (Abubakar Pokam)

Hello everyone, I’m Abubakar Pokam.

I currently work as a JSM Consultant at Accenture, helping clients across Germany with Jira Service Management. My journey with JSM started about four years ago when I was an intern in Munich, where I managed a JSM Data Center environment for a client.

After finishing my studies, I landed my first consulting role and have continued working with JSM ever since. Today, I have around four years of hands-on experience with Jira Service Management.

I’m currently based in Düsseldorf and looking forward to connecting with new people, exchanging experiences, and getting to know others in the Atlassian and JSM community.
