Mihai, Atlassian consultant at LeanZero. Romania. Fifteen years in this ecosystem, most of it Jira and Confluence administration.

Most of that at the messy end. Permission schemes nobody dares touch. Server to Cloud migrations, where the data is rarely the hard part. Automation that works until it does not. Webhooks that report success and deliver nothing.

Most of my build time goes into Forge now. We ship a few apps on the Marketplace under LeanZero, so my week is mostly scopes, storage limits, and the parts that only bite once you are live. Sat the ACP-120 this year. Knowing a product and defending an answer about it are different skills.

Here to answer, not to publish. Strongest on Jira admin, migrations, Forge, and REST when the UI runs out of road. Post something gnarly there and the odds are good I have broken it myself.

Welcome, Mihai! What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve run into after getting your apps live on the Marketplace?

Exposure :). Being a 2 unit army, at LeanZero we simply don't have the capacity to go big with youtube, but this is on the list. Anyone looking for an app will start to research it and then if no material no review no nothing probably 99% of companies will avoid it, which makes sense.
