Hi everyone — Todd Joyce here, joining from IDEXX up in Portland, Maine.
For the past several years I've been "the Atlassian person" for a large software R&D org, working across Jira, Confluence, Rovo, Teams, Projects, Goals, and Analytics. My day-to-day is standards and governance, reporting and automation, and lately a fair bit of AI-agent tinkering on top of Rovo. I've also written a pile of internal how-to and knowledge docs over the years — most of which started as "someone should really document this" and turned into a bit of an obsession.
Like a few of you, I've quietly read this community for a while and finally figured it was time to say hi and start giving back. I always learn the most from folks solving the messy, real-world problems the docs skip — so I'm looking forward to swapping ideas. Cheers!
