Hello everyone! 👋

I'm Tejus, a Project Manager based in Bangalore, India, with over 14 years of experience delivering digital transformation, web development, automation, and technology projects.

A big part of my work revolves around helping teams bring structure to complexity—whether that's improving delivery processes, managing stakeholders, optimizing workflows, or finding better ways to use tools like Jira to create visibility and predictability in projects.

Some of the topics I'm particularly interested in are:

Welcome, Tejus — 14 years of bringing structure to complexity is a real asset here.
The chess connection is the part I keep coming back to. Coaching chess and delivering projects share the same underrated skill: reading the position honestly before you commit to a move, instead of the confident story you'd like to be true. A lot of delivery trouble is really that — the board looks fine, so no one re-reads the position until it's too late.
Full disclosure, I'm on the marketing side at Everview, where we're a little obsessed with the same thing you named >> turning Jira activity into real visibility and predictability rather than a green board that hides what's actually going on. So your list of interests reads like things I'd happily argue about over coffee.

One question while you're settling in: of the AI-assisted ways of working you've tried, which actually stuck with your teams versus the ones that demoed well and quietly got dropped?
That gap is what I find most interesting right now.
