I'm new totally and I am suppose to familiarize myself with Jira, Confluence, Qmetry, Xray for today and tomorrow. I actually have a manual software testing assignment on Friday

It is quite undertaking. There is  university.atlassian.com  to quick learn about. you can implement the lesson using software testing assignment.
