Hi everyone,
I’ve been working with Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem for about 10 years now, constantly moving between two worlds: project organization/Scrum Master facilitation and frontend development.
Over the years, I've spent a lot of time analyzing how teams run sprints, how honest retrospectives work, and where standard reporting hits its limits (especially when it comes to tracking unplanned scope changes and shadow work). Recently, I’ve also dived deeper into building native Forge apps.
I've been reading along in the community for a while and decided it's time to actively join the discussions, share insights, and learn from all of you.
Looking forward to connecting with fellow Scrum Masters, developers, and Jira enthusiasts!
Best,
Max
Welcome to the community! Your mix of Scrum Master experience, frontend development, and Forge app building brings a valuable perspective. Looking forward to your insights on sprint reporting, scope changes, and improving Jira workflows.
Thanks Joseph!
Really looking forward to sharing some of the practical hurdles and patterns I’ve seen around sprint metrics and scope changes over the years. See you around in the discussions!
