I’m Shubham, and I’ve been working with Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem for a couple of years now. Most of my work revolves around building apps and improving how teams manage their workflows.

I’m particularly interested in solving problems where tools break context — like when important things (contracts, approvals, etc.) live outside Jira.

Totally relate to what you said about context breaking — especially when key info like approvals or contracts lives outside Jira. That’s something I’ve also seen a lot, and it quickly becomes a pain point for teams.

I’ve been working quite a bit on Jira automation and workflow orchestration lately, trying to streamline processes and avoid exactly those kinds of gaps.
