Hi everyone, I recently joined the forum and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself in this section. I currently work as a freelance IT Consultant. I have recently started using Jira Service Management for a pilot project focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM) for a medium-sized company with about 1,000 employees and over 300 locations.
I have been following this community as a reader for a while, and I have always appreciated the high quality of insights and the great support among members.
