I'm Julien, a COO for an ERP intergration company.
I've been working as an ERP consultant for around 15 years and as a project manager / director for about 10 years (mixing both activities).
The company I work for is starting a TMA activity, so we benchmarked the tools and selected Jira Service Management + Asset management.
So, I'm here to learn the best practices and the use / administration of these tools and deliver our customers the best service.
