Hi Michael, how do we get traction on tickets that the community has massively upvoted, which are reasonable and make common sense (both feature and fixes), but that Atlassian for some reason doesn't want to progress. Can we engage in come meaningful dialogue? The "New" and very broken cloud editor, and the Font Sizes are two prime examples, but there are many more.
