I’m Emad, a Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading cross-functional Agile teams and supporting multiple projects across different domains. I work closely with product, engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to keep delivery focused, transparent, and continuously improving.

I’m especially interested in:

• Practical Scrum execution (not just theory)

• Jira dashboards, automation, and reporting that actually help stakeholders

• Improving team velocity, quality, and predictability

• Using data and metrics to tell a clear delivery story

I recommend joining community groups related to your interests and signing up for the daily digest email. When I first started using Confluence as the main tool of my job, I learned many things from the questions and articles that other users posted and responded to.

I'd also recommend checking out the Atlassian Community Events - I'm a 5-year admin with years of other admin experience, and I still learn new things in the Community Led Classes!
