It's Thursday!
I grew up in Iceland and we mainly had cold cereal and milk for breakfast. Maybe a toast once in a while. But when I went as an exchange student to Arizona, in 1987, I was introduced to American breakfast: pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, French toast - the whole 9 yards! Quite a bit different from my experience in Iceland.

Soooo, what memories do you have from breakfasts of the past? What did you grow up eating for breakfast?
Let’s make it a great Thursday!
