The coldest temperature I ever experienced was -20°C back in 2000 when I was participating in a student exchange program.

How about this: -50°C (-58°F) in Siberia about 25 years ago - it was quite chilly even for a Finn like me :)

The coldest I have been in was around negative 2 !! not the worst at all :D

My Experience with Lowest Temp is - 10 Degree Celsius at Sikkim, North India. I went for a vacation and Experienced Snow for the first time in my life.

So far I haven't got the experience of being in a place below 0°C. The closest I have gone is about 8°C or 9°C in San Francisco.
