As I am not living there any more so I couldn't attend in person, but I received a recording of the most recent Dubai ACE and was greatly encouraged.

Started to attend more of these ACE sessions, a little for network, but mainly to learn best practices and gain some ideas on how to improve our use of Jira and Confluence and ways to automate and create agents that standardize our practices and process.
