unauthorized: could not find stored client data for … is this client registered?

I am developing an app for confluence cloud. The app is hosting in Google Cloud RUN. I am able to install the app and use it well.But after a certain period of time, an error will occur and the plug-in will be unavailable. Reinstalling will fix it.

The app gives the following error:
unauthorized: could not find stored client data for … is this client registered?

In the config.json. I commented out the section with the database. I save data in confluence's property.
