how to integrate the strategic team

top team has to move as one.it needs to decide what it wants and what it does not want.

once that is settled, it has to think how to solve the problem or harness the opportunity.

for the purpose above, it has to be creative to develop option which needs to be developed critically

how could one integrate all these to pursue the company's mission and realize its vision, assuming it has one, beats me!

There's no simple answer to that, the best we can do is probably "your team and thier leads need to talk to the rest of your organisation"
