I am a new technology start-up, and I mean just me. My background is in defense, the military, and telecom, among others. I have a number of projects I want to pursue, immediately, and more behind that. I also intend for the business to grow, so my mind set is “corporate”, so I want to develop policy documents, formally, from the start. Finally, I am very concerned about protecting my intellectual property, and cloud-based app, while useful for working across platforms, and collaborating, also make data security an issue.
