Kudos Leaderboard - Ability to see current user standing on the leaderboard

Hi @Monique vdB

Great job with the leaderboard in the kudos program.  

It would be nice to see where the current user is sitting on the leaderboard for the quarterly and yearly views.  Right now you are only able to see the leaders on the Quarterly and Yearly tabs.
