For Non English posts and comments there should be a translate button which will invoke Google translate API and translate to English

since it's doable with chrome itself, doubt it should be implemented

Both Facebook and Twitter have a translate facility and I think we should too.

Sure you can do it with Google Translate but it's better to have everything in one interface
