Happy Feel Good Friday, Community!
Today marks the "vernal" equinox - in the northern hemisphere, we're beginning spring; and the southern hemisphere is beginning fall/autumn!
There are positive mental health changes associated with both spring and fall - I hope that you're all finding ways to feel good on this day of change!
What are you looking forward to in this next season?
For Good Weather and much Sun :)
I'm looking forward to seeing Atlassian practitioners and enthusiasts at Team in Anaheim! 💙
Great topic @Amanda Barber! And thanks for sharing the link - I now know more than ever about equinoxes. Every day is a learning day! 😊
I'm in the Southern hemisphere so we're just heading into Autumn, and the thing that I'm looking forward to most is breaking out the winter wardrobe. I love summers in Australia, but I just get really bored of wearing shorts and t-shirts every day - sometimes you just want to snuggle in a chunky jumper!
I’ve always loved spring — that transition from winter to summer felt like the best time of the year. But lately, in central India, it feels like we’ve skipped spring altogether. Winter jumps straight into summer, and those few pleasant weeks barely exist anymore. It’s not just global warming — it’s also the concrete jungles we’ve built. Still, spring remains my favourite season.
Oooh, the change in wardrobe is always welcome with the change in seasons - I have to agree, @James O_Connor!

It's spring for me. I'm in Florida, so we don't have many days of what others think of as winter, but I'm looking forward to some flowers and new growth on bushes and trees. 🌺🌳
Of course, hurricane season officially begins before we get to summer—not looking forward to that. 🌀
