Nowadays because the COVID-19 outbreak, most organizations are switching to work remotely to keep in touch with their members. While cancelling meetings can feel disappointing for people, it also brings exciting opportunities to connect remotely and experiment with different meeting formats!

There are many tools out there you can use for work remotely with your organization.

I created a list of free tools for everyone to jump right into action and work remotely using it.

  • Chat option: Offers a chat room for all attendees as well as an option for direct messaging
  • Multi-share: Multiple presenters can present at the same time
  • Whiteboard: Offers a whiteboard to put down ideas for discussion

Clickmeeting - Up to 25 participants

Unique features:

  • File storage: You can record your online Sketch Meetup and save the file on your computer
  • Extra presenter: Multiple presenter option
  • Whiteboard: Offers a whiteboard to put down ideas for discussion

Google Hangouts - Up to 25 participants

Webex - Up to 25 participants

FaceTime - Up to 32 participants

Skype - Up to 50 participants

Hi @Michal Patoprsty ,

Slack offers it under paid plans. Free version offers only 1-to-1 video calls.
