won't access my trello board on laptop but WILL access on iphone

can access my Trello board on my iPhone but not on my laptop. 

it is asking me to sign up on the Chrome browser on my laptop (i didn't need to log in on my phone ). 

can't get access via chrome on my laptop. 

help!?

Hard to say exactly what's going on without more details, but this could be a bunch of different things - browser issues, account setup, cookies, etc.

Try clearing your Chrome cache: go to Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data.

• When you try to log in, what happens? Any error messages?
• Did you sign up with email or Google/Apple login?

That'll help narrow down the issue!

we tried clearing cash. didn't work

i invited the person to the board (i'm not the person struggling). they don't use either apple or google login.
