when using the app my response time to any updates takes about 2 hours for it to update on app. is there a setting to make the program update actions faster like real time. or very 5 minutes, 10 minutes etc?

@Eyeconic Prints do you mean the mobile app? Which platform, iOS or Android?

Updates should appear on the mobile app within seconds (or maximum minutes) of changes being made on the server.

Can you please describe in more detail a specific set of steps you can take to reproduce the issue? For example:

1) Open iOS app

2) Go to a board

3) Create a card in a list

4) The card won't show up in that list on the desktop app for 2 hours

etc.
