We currently have an automation linked to a DEADLINE DATE custom field - When this custom field date is reached the system puts a Warning Label on the card saying deadline has been breached - this is working fine

I then need to make a rule where if the cards as above make it onto a certain list before the deadline date is reached the system knows not to put the label on.

Im struggling to work out how to do the 2nd part of this any help would be appreciated

thanks

Hi Denise, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can activate the Advanced option to add a filter to your automation, avoiding the cards in a specific list. Please check this screenshot to know where to find this option:

As an alternative, you can create a rule to remove the label when it's added to a card in a specific list. Here's an example:

when the red label is added to a card in list "Done", remove the red label from the card

If it doesn't work, could you please share a screenshot of your rule? This will help us understand how it's working, so we can suggest changes to it. Remember to obfuscate confidential information.
