I saw another user having problems with attachments and they were also in Russia.

We use Amazon S3 service for our attachments.  In the web you can get the url of the attachment and you will see it is an amazon URL.  I wonder what happens when you try to load that url directly in your web browser?

Right click on the icon that looks like an arrow up and to the right... and select "copy url" and paste that here - but be aware that anyone can see that attachment then --- so use an attachment you won't care if people see.
