I cleared my cache after getting an updated email address (I got married and had to change my gmail email for work which I used on my trello board) and now I can't login to trello becuase it says I don't have an account and I no longer have me old email!

you should first try logging in with your new email, because Trello uses your Atlassian account email, not a separate Trello login. If the email change was already completed before you lost access to the old mailbox, the new address should be the one to use now.
If that change was never finished, the key question is whether this is a managed work account. If yes, your org admin can change the email on the managed account. If not, losing access to the old mailbox is usually the real blocker, because Atlassian does not manually swap account emails for security reasons.
