update billing address

Can i confirm the billing address for the credit card on file? I cannot update the credit card without confirm the correct billing address is being used.

@Anna Gunn welcome to the community! i don't think you need an address, just a zip code! But admittedly i don't know exactly how you could see that either. You could re-enter the card and provide the zip code that you want to be used!

I did, but it declined my credit card

yes, it declined because of the address, I even called my bank to confirm and that was the reason
