I'm trying to a jira list in Trello as explained in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlmW7ciKIMQ&t=27s
However when I go to "Add another list" there is no "Add from" button / dropdown.
I also have the jira powerup install and connected.
Am I missing something?
This feature is available on the Trello Premium and Enterprise plans https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/view-work-from-jira-in-a-trello-list/
I'm on the premium trial so it should be there right?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You also need Jira site access tied to the same account for it to work. If you use a different email address/account to access Jira then this feature will not work.

I've logged in to my jira work workspace xxxxxxxx.atlassian.net and also connected that to the jira power up. All are using the same atlassian login including trello.
I'm able to copy + paste jira tasks into trello manually and they show up. I'd like to have the jira list so i don't have to go back and forth between the two.
Any other idea why its not working?

Sometimes this issue can happen if you have multiple atlassian accounts. Could you please try logging out of Trello and Jira, then login to Jira first. Then access Trello using the same account.

I tried logging out of all then logging into jira then trello. Still not seeing the "add from" dropdown. And just to be sure i tried different browsers (chrome/firefox) and also incognito mode.
Any other suggestions?

I will request our support team to reach out to you to investigate this further.

Hi @John Mun !
Your account hasn't been identified as having a Jira instance yet. In this case, you need to go to https://jira.atlassian.com/ and create a Jira instance yourself. This is just to enable the feature on Trello so you can see the "Add from..." option.
After it's enabled, you can remove that Jira instance and keep using your usual one.
There's currently a feature request open to allow this feature to be enabled without having to go through this process, in case you want to vote for it: TRELLO-965
Just as a heads-up, once you create your Jira instance, it can take up to 48h for the integration to become active and you see the feature enabled on your account, OK?
Feel free to ping us if you run into any hurdles!
